Cancellations or reschedules made less than 48 hours before your booking may incur a fee of up

to 50% of the treatment price.

 

No-shows or cancellations on the day of your appointment may be charged at 100% of thetreatment price.

 

Late arrivals may result in a shortened treatment time to avoid delays for other clients.
